Customer Service Executive - Provisioning & Configuration

You will play a crucial role in the provisioning, testing, and migration of network services at TSC Redefines Connectivity. Your responsibilities will include provisioning and configuring access networks manually and through automation tools. You will collaborate with workgroups to enhance network performance, remove legacy platforms, and consolidate resources with minimal disruption to end-users and other customer platforms. In case of network provisioning failures, you will identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, you will remotely support field engineers in commissioning new services and optimize provisioning processes for agile and timely delivery. Managing escalations within the team and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders will also be part of your role. In the testing and migration phase, you will be responsible for conducting throughput and performance testing, as well as network validations to assist in migrations with minimal service interruptions. Engaging with global customers to provide regular updates on provisioning and testing will be essential. Working closely with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver end-to-end enterprise network solutions while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies. As part of the job requirements, you must be willing to work shift hours (Australian Business or Out of hours) based on business needs for 5 days from the office. Your skills and experience should include strong expertise in Carrier Ethernet, IP management, routing, switching, DWDM, and legacy networks such as PDH and SDH. Proficiency in networking protocols like VLAN encapsulation, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, and IPv4/IPv6 is required. Experience with various Vendor platforms, Transmission systems, and Network management system applications is essential, including 5620SAM, Huawei U2000, Cisco EPM, Alcatel Lucent SDH RM, NFM-T, NMS, Ciena site manager, and TeMIP. Familiarity with access aggregates like Cisco ASR, Juniper, Huawei, IP access routers CISCO NCS540, ASR903 is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to articulate issues clearly are also necessary for this role.,
