Job Description Job Title: - Lead Service Delivery and Assurance (Sr Manager) Purpose of the Job The role of Lead Service Delivery and Assurance (Sr Manager) is to Manage broadband network performance reporting, ensuring accurate data and insights for decision-making. Lead cross-functional coordination for network experience improvement plans, process optimization, and compliance with DOT/TRAI regulations. Deliverables Critical Network Performance Reporting : Manage the creation, validation, and analysis of homes/broadband network reports to support strategic decision-making. Design and maintain interactive dashboards that provide insights into network performance, compliance, and operational metrics. Ensure data reporting and visualization are accurate, timely, and efficient. Cross-Functional Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data alignment, accuracy. & action planning to improve the network experience to broadband customer .Drive the action plan/tracks for experience improvement and network uptime. Project Management & Process Improvements : Streamline reporting processes and minimize manual efforts. Lead internal projects focused on process optimization, utilizing best practices in data management and analytics. Regulatory Compliance & Audits : Lead the DOT/TRAI regulations audits and ensure reporting adheres to these guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact during audits and governance meetings, ensuring transparency and compliance. Work closely with internal compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory reporting requirements. Decision level Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others Demonstrate (Key competencies) Good experience/expertise with GPON,wireless technology including - Wireless AP''s, Routers, Wireless extenders & Wireless standards (802.11b/g/n/ac/ax), site surveys, deployment challenges, RF signal propagation characteristics etc Previous experience in Wireline core & FTTH, engineering/QA/product roles in the Wi-Fi domain strongly desired. Familiarity/Experience working with TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging, Switching. Hands on experience on BRAS, LDAP, SRC, PCRF, Radius, IMS, NGN, Routers & switches Good project management & ability to work with diverse functions & teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player Educational Level Qualification/ Experience- - B.E/B.Tech with 6-8 years of experience/ expertise with wireless /wireline technology - Working Experience Must have: 12-15 Years work experience
