Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve ecommerce customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Manage customer communications via email, social media, and phone.
• Confirm orders and address queries for B2B customers, providing tailored support.
• Share product updates and information with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, purchase history, and billing information.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports and track customer interactions and assigned tasks.
• Provide clear and actionable instructions to customers to resolve their concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and deliver advanced solutions for customer issues.
