Order Processing & Packing Executive

Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd is a global e-commerce business across multiple categories and is looking for an experienced candidate for the following role

Job description:

1) Processing orders and generating labels on daily on amazon, flipkart, etc platforms as per the daily cut off times. Booking shipments on courier platforms

2) Pick, pack and label products against daily orders and keep them ready for hand over

3) Coordinate with various courier and logistic companies for timely shipment of orders

4) Handling, tracking and marking customer returns and exchanges

5) Stock Management - checking stock inward, quality checking and data entry in company software

6) Receiving stock, Labelling products, stocking inventory, maintaining inventory as per company policy

7) Coordinate with other teams in a structured and organised manner

Skills

- Knowledge of handling marketplace platform for order processing

- Knowledge of MS Excel entry and computer operations
