What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounts and ensuring compliance across multiple marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing data for GST, TDS, PT, and other tax filings
• Reconciling payments from Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Posting sales, purchase, expense entries in Tally (via Excel uploads)
• Handling bank entries & reconciliations
• Maintaining proper record filing & documentation
• Preparing MIS reports & Excel data for bulk uploads in Tally
• Assisting in finalisation of accounts for audits & IT filings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) – mandatory
• Prior experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting – preferred
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
