Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our NCV Finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
