JOB Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Update customer records and systems based on interactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
