Job Description

Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Executive Logic ERP & Maha Excise Portal

Job Summary:

detail-oriented Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Enter
purchase and sales entries
accurately in
Logic ERP
.
Upload and update
invoices and transactions
on the
Maha Excise SCM Retailer Portal
.
Verify and reconcile data with physical invoices and supplier records.
Maintain and update
party, product, and stock master
information in ERP.
Ensure compliance with
Excise and GST
rules while recording entries.
Generate daily and monthly
purchase/sales reports
as required.
Coordinate with the accounts team for data validation and corrections.
Maintain
data confidentiality and accuracy
at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum
qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in Logic ERP or any ERP data entry (preferred).
Good computer skills, especially in
MS Excel and Word.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to meet daily entry and reporting deadlines.
Basic understanding of
billing, taxation, and excise entries.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of
Logic ERP purchase/sales modules.
Familiarity with the
Maha Excise SCM Retailer Portal.
Experience in
liquor retail or FMCG data entry
will be an advantage.
