Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Patna. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service management tasks on a daily basis. They will need to effectively communicate with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Service Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
