Job Description

This role involves working from the store. Duration of the shift will be 9 hours.

Weekly offs will be provided on a rotational basis between Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting with product information, pricing, and locating items within the store.
Provide recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable products to meet their needs.
Stay up-to-date with our gourmet products, their origins, usage, features, benefits, etc., and accurately inform customers about them.
Quickly learn about new products, services, and procedures to address customer questions effectively.
Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
