Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at Helioster System, your role involves interacting with customers and handling their queries effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in English is a must - Excelling in customer interaction and handling - Experience in closing calls - Ability to multitask and manage multiple work streams concurrently - Effective communication with internal stakeholders - Meeting or exceeding established sales goals - Solution selling experience in the IT services market - Proficient in objection handling and negotiating with formal sales training - Collaborating effectively with team members and partners across diverse geographies - Strong time-management and organizational skills Qualifications required for this role: - Good communication skills - Comfortable working in night shifts In addition to the above, Helioster System offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The working schedule includes night shifts and US shifts. Employees are eligible for various bonuses including joining bonus, performance bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus. Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is required for this position. The location of work is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Night shift availability is a requirement for this role.,
