Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard students and help them access course materials and resources
  • Handle student queries over phone/WhatsApp/email professional
  • Ensure students understand course structure and tools
  • Track and share student feedback post-exams/milestones
  • Coordinate lead assignment and follow-ups with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate student records and data sheets

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in

    spoken & written English

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Excel/CRM familiarity is a plus
