Role Summary:
We are looking to onboard 7 candidates immediately to support the (Customer Relationship Centre) team. The role involves engaging with international students, managing queries, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interact with and support international students across various touchpoints
· Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner
· Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
· Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution
Role Requirements:
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Prior experience in customer service
· Ability to manage and engage with international customers/students
· Industry background in Hospitality, Education, Banking, or Insurance preferred
· Graduation is mandatory
· Willingness to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
