Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service / Technical Support Executives. Candidates should have 6 months of technical or customer support experience (profiles with basic technical understanding accepted). Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via call/chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service or technical issues
  • Manage escalations professionally
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Work in night or rotational shifts

Requirements:

  • 6 months–1 year of Customer Service/Technical Support experience
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Candidates within cab boundary limits preferred
