Location: Kundli / Ashok Vihar (Delhi)
Department: Sales & Marketing / Customer Service
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–4Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (CSE) to handle client communication, coordinate between internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to maintain customer satisfaction and support the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for order processing and delivery updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order details in the system.
  • Track and follow up on pending orders, dispatch status, and payments.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, order summaries, and client updates regularly.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and data management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or coordination (manufacturing/textile industry preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
