Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry, proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and clients
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or appointments
  • Maintain customer records and follow up as required
  • Collaborate with the sales/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
