Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve queries, handle complaints, and guide them through their online shopping journey. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
Resolve customer issues regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely issue resolution.
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience.
Stay up to date on BetterAlt’s products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
Assist in updating FAQs, support documentation, and help center content.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Regional language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
