Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Order Processing

Process customer Enquiry - Mostly manual & over mail
Monitor & Circulation of OSR (Including stock orders)
Import Order processing - Documentation, LC Validation, Freight forwarder coordination &

shipment.

Understanding Customer Business / Sales Queries
Material return processing

Material Availability & Promising

Stock transfer requests
Monitor & take actions of supply (Not as per request & Not as per promise)
Coordinate for air freight estimation, approval & recovery
Expedite management Based on promise movement report

Dispatch Planning & Execution

Coordinate with stake holders (including supplier & customer) for smooth execution of High Sea

Sales

Export documentation & shipment handling
Sharing for list of DN’s to credit release team and follow up for release

Non-core activities

Conduct weekly forecast meeting with sales & resolution of open issues
Conduct fortnightly meeting with customers for resolution of open issues
Data governance for No Promise items, Zero pricing, Incomplete orders and Blocked & old

orders,

Push outs / cancellation - coordinate for inventory assessment, approval & implementation
Customer visits for relationship building
