Job Summary

Customer Service Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Improve overall service experience by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Take complete ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service, procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation for different applications.
  • Analyse service-related data and prepare accurate reports for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to continuously improve support operations.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet qualitative and quantitative service targets.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (IT graduates preferred).
  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in customer support or related roles.
  • Proven working experience as a

    Customer Service Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager

    .
  • Strong experience in providing customer service and support.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service management methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in

    English (written, verbal, and presentation)

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    customer service software, databases, and CRM tools

    .
  • Strong client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities, resources, and targets in a structured manner.
