About Volaron

Role: Customer Service Associate – Insurance

Location: Goregaon (W), Mumbai (prefer candidates from Western Line)Type: Full-Time – 24/7 rotational shifts – 9 hours/day – onsite (in-office) – 6 weekly offs a month

Key Responsibilities

Receive & make calls, email & chat from our travel partners, provide information/ updates
Provide Information on the coverage, benefits, features of the said product
Assist travel agents with booking cabs and other value-added services for their customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate across functions, to solve escalated cases
Converse with our travel agents to educate, and promote our products and services
Help in bookings - issue new bookings and help in changes needed / amendments to existing bookings
Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Learn and practice on existing and new products offered.

Required Qualifications

University/college – Graduation degree
Languages – Hindi and English; regional welcome
Familiarity with MS office and customer service systems
Previous experience, of 1-2 years, in the Travel domain answering queries on Cabs, eSIMs and other travel related services.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a travel consultant or a travel agent
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
