Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate for our PVR INOX, who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience at our cinema. The role involves handling ticketing, assisting patrons, addressing queries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the theater.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle ticket sales, cancellations, and reservations efficiently.
• Provide information about movie schedules, promotions, and offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, ticket counters, and auditorium areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Basic computer skills (for ticketing systems)
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
