Job Description

  • Intermediate to advance communication skills are required to initiate oral and written response to enquiry regarding routine situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple task assigned and communicate in timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize work and organize own time
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of required software applications
  • Identify inconsistencies in routine work and initiate corrective action within workgroup
  • Complete Customers and Agency transactional request as provided through various channels
  • Utilize multiple system and database to locate information and communicate the information concisely
  • Investigating and processing complex transaction, by following define guidelines laid down by the process
