Job Summary: We need a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) who can understand customer data and communicate well. The role involves reviewing panelist details before calling and having informed conversations that help build trust and engagement. Strong verbal communication skills in Telgu/Tamil plus Hindi and English with good active listening and problem-solving ability. Ability to understand and interpret customer data to drive meaningful conversations. Comfortable multitasking across data screens, dashboards, and call documentation. Basic proficiency in Excel, CRM dashboards, and other data or call-handling tools.
