Role Objective: The Field Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of field activities within the assigned territory only, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audience measurement equipment (Meters). Ensure timely Call attendance and reporting of assigned task. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements. Maintain strong relationships with households and stakeholders to ensure continued participation. Job Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate / Technical Diploma (ITI/Polytechnic). Experience: 0-5 years in field operations (freshers can apply). Strong communication skills with fluency in the local language. Good interpersonal and execution skills. Must have a good personality and problem-solving ability. Compensation & Benefits: Travel allowance: ₹4.5 per km (Home-to-Home travel covered). Daily DA allowance.
