Job Description: -
Respond to customer inquiries via correspondence (email, letter, etc.) in a t imely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues to the best of their ability Follow established procedures and protocols when handling customer correspondence Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the company's CRM system Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards set by the company Attend training and development sessions as required Responsible for maintaining the data integrity and confidentiality. Follow the schedule and shift timings as provided by the organization. Educational Qualification Required: - Should have bachelor’s degree. Proficient computer skills Punctual, Motivated Demonstrated track record of excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively exceed the expectations of our clients.
