Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into

  robust Salesforce solutions

  using modern development tools and frameworks.
• Design, build, and deploy

  custom applications and integrations

  on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop

  Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages

  , and automation workflows.
• Apply

  Salesforce best practices

  , including CI/CD, code reuse, and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  
• Participate in

  agile development cycles

  , sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Support

  DevOps integration

  and promote a culture of continuous delivery.
• Analyse, debug, and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, new features, and platform updates.
  

Technical Skills & Experience

• 3+ years

  of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Salesforce App Builder Certification

  (mandatory);

  Platform Developer I

  preferred.
• Proficiency in

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce configuration

  (Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Approval Processes).
• Experience in

  Web Service Integration

  using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with

  Force.com Data Loader

  ,

  Ant Migration Tool

  , and

  GIT

  for version control.
• Knowledge of

  Salesforce deployment processes

  and design patterns.
• Experience translating requirements into

  technical design documents

  and delivering scalable solutions.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills

• Excellent

• Ability to

  collaborate effectively

  with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
