Job Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat Provide clear, confident, and courteous responses in real-time Handle complex situations with composure and efficiency Use tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently GDS experience (Amadeus or Galileo) is an added advantage Ensure seamless service across all touchpoints Be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs as per process needs Key Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Reservations Background in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, or BPO preferred Confident, energetic, and assertive communication style Graduate in any stream / Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma holders Why Join Us?
