About the Role:

Customer Service Associates

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US/UK/AU regions).
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Deliver accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain service quality, compliance, and professionalism at all times.
Record customer details and feedback accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support operations.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
international voice process
(BPO/Customer Service environment).
Excellent
English communication and listening skills
.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work
night shifts
with
rotational weekly offs
.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
