Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

What are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain Defined Contributions - Managing participant level services Experience in performing account reconciliation and state reporting. This also includes responsibility for the overarching, end-to-end governance and oversight of all unclaimed property and lost policies including stale-dated checks and electronic funds transfer (EFT) reject notifications (for living participants), death claim related activities for retirement services and unsettled death benefits due to the beneficiary(ies), unclaimed property examinations, and audits.Experience in the US retirement industryOpen core Night shifts based on business requirementsGood verbal & written communication skills in EnglishGood typing skill and attention to detail.Good time management skillsAbility to work independentlyIdentify triggering event occurrences - death, returned payment, regulatory change, etc.Send preliminary due diligence letter using Customer approved template(s) and perform quality control review If no response is received from the property owner, funds are deemed unclaimed and move through the escheatment process. Perform research to locate the property owner. Send statutory due diligence letter using Customer approved template(s). If response received, follow Procedures Manual based on scenario. If property owner is not found/response is not received, prepare holder report and file with applicable state. Escheatment process:close funds remitted to the state and records in the unclaimed property unit. Reconcile escheatment to the general ledger as part of the monthly reconciliation. Conduct research to determine if new payment information is available. If new information is available, perform a stop/reissue. If new information is not available, mark funds for escheatment.Receive notification by Customer client that payment needs to be stopped/reissued. Perform research on request to determine payment status.
