Customer Service Associate

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction levels.
