Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our US International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience aligned with BJ’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns via inbound/outbound voice calls.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and process workflows.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in every interaction.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Meet performance metrics including quality, CSAT, AHT, and adherence.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Good customer handling skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.

Prior experience in international voice process is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in night shifts (US shifts).

Immediate joiners preferred.
