Job Description

Location:

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer data and related records.
  • Monitor CSD SAP systems and ensure up-to-date status for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and submit reports as per management requirements.
  • Assist the Customer Service Executive – Sales in daily operations and tasks.

EXIM Activities

  • Prepare export and import documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain complete and accurate export/import data and records.


Requirements:

  • Education:

    Commerce Graduate.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Skills:

    Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
  • Personal Attributes:

    Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Other Preferences:

    Willingness to travel to the plant or external agencies as required.
