Location: Mumbai, On-site Customer Service & Sales Support Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer data and related records. Monitor CSD SAP systems and ensure up-to-date status for smooth execution. Prepare and submit reports as per management requirements. Assist the Customer Service Executive – Sales in daily operations and tasks. EXIM Activities Prepare export and import documents in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and accurate export/import data and records. Requirements: Education: Commerce Graduate. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. Personal Attributes: Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
