Position Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Customer Support Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to start their career in e-commerce and customer operations. The selected candidate will be trained to handle customer queries, order processing, and returns while working closely with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a polite and professional manner.

• Process daily customer orders accurately and coordinate with the operations team for dispatch.

• Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and refund requests as per company guidelines.

• Maintain customer records, order details, and basic reports using Excel.

• Escalate customer issues to seniors or relevant departments when required.

• Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Freshers / recent graduates only (experience not required).

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

• Attention to detail and basic numerical skills.

• Professional attitude and punctuality.
