Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai for a Customer Service Agent. The role involves assisting customers by providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as a primary point of contact, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience Ability to handle inquiries and communication as a skilled Customer Service Representative Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in spoken and written communication Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai with a customer-focused mindset Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is beneficial
