As a Customer Support Executive at our office located in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in English is a must. The work location is in Gurgaon City, Haryana, and availability for night shifts is mandatory. - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Bachelor's degree preferred - Fluency in English is a must The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on your experience and performance during the interview process. The working schedule includes rotational night shifts of 9 hours each, with 5 working days per week and 2 rotational week-offs.
