We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our growing team in Hinjewadi, Pune . The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in English and have prior experience in an international BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via live chat for international clients. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements: Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (Chat/Email/Call support preferred). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts). Work Mode: Work from Office (Hinjewadi, Pune). Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
