Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Perungudi, Chennai Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month Shift: Rotational Shift with Rotational Week Off Gender: Open to Male and Female Candidates Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to join our dynamic team in Perungudi, Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English along with proficiency in Kannada or Tamil . You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during interactions. Meet daily and monthly targets as set by the team leader. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling/customer service are welcome to apply. Skills Required: Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil (mandatory) Good command of English communication Basic computer knowledge Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their resumes or contact us directly for more details.
