Job Description: You will be working in a Domestic Voice Process with fixed day shift timings from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your week off will be on Sundays as it is a Work from Office role with a salary range of 18k to 20k. You should be fluent in languages like Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Assamese. Key Responsibilities: - Handle outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. - Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer queries. - Maintain customer records and update the database with call details. - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
