Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails and webchats while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Work from Home opportunity for Mumbai Based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice, emails and chat interactions with professionalism.

Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of all customer communications.

Strive to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).

Compensation

Basic Salary: Rs 18,000 – Rs 30,000 (based on interview performance).

Selection Criteria

Good typing speed.

Strong fluency in English (spoken & written).

Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

5 days a week. Day shift - Rotational Week Off. - Work from Home

Freshers can apply with Strong English Communication OR Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / Inbound / Blended Process

Experience in BPO /Call Center or customer service is a plus
