Customer Sales Representative

You will be working as a full-time on-site Sales Representative at Sai Gaurav Traders, a company dedicated to providing high-quality roofing products and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strong relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure their needs are understood and met effectively. - Accurately taking customer orders, including custom requirements, and communicating clear instructions to the internal team for seamless execution. - Following up on order progress and maintaining timely, professional communication with customers. - Presenting a variety of materials, colors, sizes, and options to help customers make informed decisions. - Offering relevant product suggestions based on customer requirements. - Promoting new products and services through regular customer communication. - Maintaining an organized workflow between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
