Customer Sales Representative

In this role as a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) at Pantronics India, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of queries, and delivering exceptional post-sales support. Collaboration with the sales, logistics, and technical teams will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred) - Providing accurate product information and supporting order processing - Coordinating with logistics to guarantee on-time dispatch and delivery - Proactively updating customers on order status - Addressing and resolving issues related to products, documentation, or delivery - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback - Working collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill customer needs and meet sales targets - Generating reports on service performance and recommending process enhancements Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred) - At least 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or support roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook - Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho or Salesforce is advantageous - A basic understanding of power electronics and industrial components is a plus Pantronics India Pvt.
