Customer Sales Representative

As a Recruitment Consultant at Target Mind, a UK-Based Healthcare Recruitment Agency, you will be an integral part of our nursing team. You will have the opportunity to work with the UK's largest Care Homes, hospitals, and the NHS. This is an exciting time to join us as you will be supported by a team that is dedicated to your success. You will be taking over a warm desk with existing candidates, marketing support, a wide range of job opportunities, and assistance from our experienced teams. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, referrals, and our company database. - Post job adverts, assess candidate suitability for different positions, and present job opportunities to them. - Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for the interview process. - Maintain candidate records accurately and in a timely manner on the database. - Meet sales targets and key performance indicators in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Qualifications Required: - Experience in healthcare or temporary recruitment is preferred, although other recruitment backgrounds will be considered. - Demonstrated drive, proactiveness, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond. - Tenacious and resilient nature with a commitment to success. - Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively. Additional Company Details: Training and support will be provided as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of paid time off. The work location is in person at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates must have at least 1 year of work experience and be proficient in English.
