Customer Sales Representative

You will be working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Pantronics India, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication, timely resolution of queries, and excellent post-sales support for customers. Your responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries through various channels, providing accurate product information, coordinating with logistics for on-time delivery, tracking order status, addressing and resolving issues, maintaining detailed records, collaborating with internal teams, and generating reports on service performance. Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support business growth. - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred) - Provide accurate product information and assist with order processing - Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery - Track order status and update customers proactively - Address and resolve issues related to product, documentation, or delivery - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and support sales targets - Generate reports on service performance and suggest process improvements To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred), along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or support roles. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with CRM platforms like Zoho or Salesforce is preferred.
