Customer Sales Representative

• Identify, visit, and engage potential customers to promote residential and commercial solar solutions.
• Achieve the mandatory target of closing 5 qualified leads per month.
• Conduct site assessments, explain product benefits, and support customers through the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for smooth execution of installations.
• Maintain accurate daily reporting of leads, visits, and conversions.
• Earn ₹2,000 incentive per closed lead, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
• Fuel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
• Ensure professional communication, customer satisfaction, and brand representation at all times.
