Job Description

As a Customer Retention Manager in the Renewal Inbound Outbound (Sales) vertical, you will be responsible for managing customer retention strategies and activities. You should have a Graduation degree (Full Time / Part Time) and preferably 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. The role involves working 5 days a week in a voice-only process, with shift timings from 10 AM to 7 PM at the office location. Your primary focus will be on retaining existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building. You will be handling inbound and outbound sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the sales team to meet retention targets and contribute to overall business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday.
