What You’ll Do

  • Build enduring relationships with customers by resolving issues, driving advocacy, and ensuring top-tier satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
  • Retain and grow existing business by identifying new value opportunities and preventing churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and partner closely with customers to co-create success strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Support, CS) to resolve pain points and ensure seamless platform use.
  • Educate and empower users with training, platform walkthroughs, and feature adoption sessions.
  • Analyze feedback, spot trends, and suggest product/process improvements to enhance experience.
  • Proactively monitor service levels, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to SLAs and TATs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university; a background in IT/Engineering preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in customer success, retention, or technical support in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of DNS, HTML, CSS, REST API, JIRA, Zendesk/Freshdesk, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle escalations efficiently, and adapt to flexible shifts.
