Customer Retention Manager

Key Responsibilities -

• Policy renewal management

  : Drive timely renewals of motor, health, life, and other general insurance policies.

• Customer engagement

  : Build trust through regular communication, policy updates, and personalized offers.

• Retention campaigns

  : Design and execute win-back initiatives for lapsed or at-risk customers.

• Claims support

  : Assist customers during claims to ensure smooth experiences and reinforce confidence.

• Cross-selling & upselling

  : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products tailored to customer needs.

• Data-driven insights

  : Analyze churn patterns, renewal rates, and customer feedback to improve retention.

• Compliance adherence

  : Ensure all retention activities comply with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with underwriting, sales, and customer service teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Insurance knowledge

  : Strong understanding of general insurance products (motor, health, travel, property, etc.).

• Customer-centric mindset

  : Ability to empathize and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Analytical skills

  : Proficiency in interpreting customer data and renewal trends.

• CRM expertise

  : Familiarity with insurance CRM tools and policy management systems.
