Role Summary

As a Customer Relationship Specialist (Sales Support), you will manage the end-to-end lead journey—qualifying inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and nurturing prospects—so every customer has a clear path from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Capture and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels (website, referrals, campaigns).
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand needs and buying readiness.
  • Follow up consistently; track stages and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records (lead scoring, pipeline, conversion metrics).

Sales Enablement & Coordination

  • Prepare proposals/quotes and share required documentation with customers.
  • Schedule customer meetings and site visits; coordinate next steps.
  • Liaise with sales, engineering, and operations for smooth handoffs.

Customer Education & Relationship Building

  • Provide clear information on solar benefits, financing options, subsidy programs, and basic ROI.
  • Address objections with empathy and factual solutions.
  • Encourage referrals and reviews from satisfied customers.

Process & Reporting

  • Use templates and nurturing sequences to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Track KPIs (response time, conversion rate, appointment set rate, referral rate) and suggest improvements.
  • Support a smooth onboarding experience from sale to installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years in sales support/inside sales/CRM or customer success.
  • Strong communication in Malayalam and English.
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working with CRMs and basic spreadsheets.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving approach.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in solar, construction, home improvement, or other high-value B2C categories.
  • Familiarity with solar financing/subsidies (training provided).
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM automations, or lead tools.
