Customer Relationship Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Associates. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing a positive experience, handling queries, resolving concerns, and helping to build long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

5. Update and maintain customer interaction records using CRM tools.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Promote company products/services and upsell when appropriate.
